By submitting a URL or @handle to boost.app, you grant us the permanent right to display public metadata (domain name, title, website description, logo/favicon, bid amount, and click analytics) on our public leaderboard.
We also collect necessary transaction records during payment processing:
- Payment ID & Transaction ID
- Payer email address & Payer full name
- IP address & Browser User-Agent (for rate-limiting and security audit protection)
2. Transaction Records & Audit Retention
To comply with tax accounting regulations and to defend against fraudulent chargeback claims, all payment receipts and transaction audit metadata are retained indefinitely in our secure encrypted database.
3. Third-Party Payment Processing (Dodo Payments)

4. Security & Abuse Prevention
We employ enterprise security headers, IP rate limiting, bot blocking, and XSS sanitization to protect our platform. We reserve the right to log and report malicious activity, DDoS attempts, or fraudulent transactions to security networks or law enforcement.
5. Total Waiver of Liability for Data Loss or Breach
By using this platform, you explicitly agree that boost.app and its owner hold zero liability for any data breaches, accidental data loss, leaks, or unauthorized access to your submitted information. You provide your data entirely at your own risk. You agree to hold the platform owner completely harmless and waive all rights to pursue legal action, class action lawsuits, or claims for damages regarding privacy or data security matters.
6. Updates to Privacy Policy & Contact
We reserve the absolute right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform indicates your binding acceptance of any changes.
